Justina and Jeremy and the highly adorable pup, Juniper, live across the water from us on neighboring Quadra Island.  Early in the month of May, we rode the ferry across on foot to their island.  We met Juniper there for the first time, as she is a new addition to this lovely multi-'J' family, and were instantly smitten.   We determined within the first half hour of this engagement shoot that we would have to get a Juniper-like creature of our own as soon as possible and that we would have to go for a walk with Justina and Jeremy without the pup tagging along or else the shoot would be 90% doggie documentation.We walked a section of the Hope Springs Trail on Quadra which is highly recommended if you haven't walked it.  Of course we didn't get very far along it as we found great light and posing opportunities around every corner and would call the trek to a halt every few meters.We finished up the shoot back at the Triple J Ranch (Jus, Jer and Jun's house) where we had a scrumptious champagne picnic and afterwards took loads more puppy pics and some slightly Prosecco influenced engagement portraits.  Justina and Jeremy are planning to wed in September of 2015 on Quadra Island and we are already excited about it and rather thrilled to be their official photographers.
