wedding-photogaphy-duncan-Maple Grove Guest House_0001 Tessa and Ryan's August wedding at Maple Grove Guest House featured all the trappings of a Canadian prairie celebration. Genuine cowboys and farmers in Western regalia whooping it up around the horse barn. But this wedding was transplanted to Vancouver Island because Tessa is originally a BC gal. Maple Grove, which is a riding stable as well as a great wedding venue, is where she honed her riding skills. Tessa also suspected they could get better photos in BC, with some trees and topography in the setting. She may have been right. Don't know how easy it would have been to make the above photo in Saskatchewan, where they currently live?It's always a great pleasure to work with a couple who truly value their wedding images and are willing and ready (even when it's so very hot!) to take the time and effort to collaborate on making the best photographs.
