We knew it would be going in, because we have encountered Shailie and Laurence before...... You may remember their engagement photos that were published in this blog last winter—they are the couple from Wellington, NZ sporting the 'Queen of Clean' gloves and demonstrating that mutual weirdness is not just their wedding day theme. So of course, we had been looking forward to this wedding all summer and it did not disappoint.The day was a great success, Shailie and Laurence were overflowing with love for each other, and Overbury was a truly beautiful venue (our first time there). Another first for us was photographing a bride and groom on bikes. Shailie and Laurence are serious bicycle racers and so we had a two-wheeled interlude during the portrait sessions.
